1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyShoutr mobile application and associated services ("the App"), operated by CraftMobi (ABN holder, operating as CraftMobi, craftmobi.com).

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyShoutr is a group coffee-run tracking app that helps friends and colleagues keep a fair tally of who is buying the coffees. The App allows users to create and join groups, log coffee runs, track tallies, and receive push notifications about group activity.

3. Account Registration

To use MyShoutr, you must create an account by providing a valid name and email address. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MyShoutr only for its intended purpose and in a lawful manner. You must not:

• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other user accounts, or our servers
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the App
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the App for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted by CraftMobi
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

5. Groups and Content

When you join or create a group in MyShoutr, your name, profile photo, and coffee-run activity will be visible to other members of that group. You are responsible for the content you contribute, including display names and profile information.

Group administrators may have additional capabilities, such as adding or removing members and managing group settings. CraftMobi is not responsible for disputes between group members.

6. Push Notifications

MyShoutr may send push notifications to your device to inform you about group activity, such as new coffee runs or updates. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by CraftMobi and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.

"MyShoutr" and the MyShoutr logo are trademarks of CraftMobi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Availability and Updates

We aim to keep MyShoutr available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, release updates, or modify features. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings, via our account deletion page, or by contacting us at support@craftmobi.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may also terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, with or without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, CraftMobi disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities, or that any defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftMobi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
